Step 3: Pay the Program Fee (Youth OR Adult Volunteer) Pay your program fee online or to your . Youth program fee for youth ages 5-19 for the 2023-2024 program year is $75.00. ( NOTE: There is a processing fee added when paying online.) If you enroll as a youth member BEFORE September 15, 2023, the fee is $50.00.
